How To Become The Average Bmi To All Vegans!!! How Much Do You Weigh??? And Whats Your BMI??

To all vegans!!! How much do you weigh??? And whats your BMI?? - how to become the average bmi

The only wonder whether the vegan population is a little thinner than the average. Please no mean answers. Wear your age, height, weight and BMI.

And tell me if you are a vegetarian. I am a vegetarian and I ask myself. The 5'1, 17yrs old and 85 pounds.

First, BMI is Bullsh * t. They have changed so much over the years, as we got bigger and thicker. In addition to a bodybuilder of 200 pounds and 200 pounds of couch potatoes to the same height and age ... you get the idea. Not even look at the table to see who said: "You are underweight for their bla bla bla bla ..."

I am normally 145 pounds, I'm not 6 feet tall, I'm 35, my height and weight in the last 18 years will be more changes. I'm built like a cyclist, and for good reason. I'm not thin, because of my diet, I weighed the same before and after changing my diet to a vegan diet from a diet typical Americana N.. Therefore, it makes no sense if you ask me, but I said the same thing.

I weigh not Nobody's Business. But suffice it to say, I love the food and health around the top BMI. I am definitely a stereotype of a skinny vegan. But as someone said, BMI is a reliable indicator of health. People at the extremes of very short or very high-end does not correspond to the formula are the people with large amounts of muscle mass related by a number that is overweight and does not distinguish between subcutaneous fat (which was very, very little negative impact on health ) and visceral fat (which is a positive indicator of the risk for heart disease.)

For the record show: The statistics show that vegetarians and vegans as a group hold more likely to be a healthy weight than the general population and are less likely to be overweight than the general population. No one says anything about the individual members of a group.

I am one of the few vegans overweight: (.. but I'm working on it ... I ate not very good these days .. .. too much processed junk junk, but I think the statistics show that most vegetarians are leaner as a meat eater ..
Vegan: 1 1 / 2 years.
Age: 25
Height: 5'3 "ish
Weight: 155
BMI: not so sure

and btw .. are really too thin .. 5'1 ", 17, and only 85 .. should be at least 100 pounds. .., Even if they are built very thin .. you really weigh very little ...

I do not know what my BMI, I do not have an eating disorder.

I weigh approximately 175th Weighing only 130, when I was 18 and vegan vegetables a year later.

I moved into my first house with a garage and a huge selection of super-proteinish vegan diet to make, I hope that one day, 200 + in the not too distant

I am 17 years old (one month). I weigh 125 and am 5'4. My BMI is 21.5. I am a vegetarian for a year and I love that I wanted to lose weight, but does not seem to lose weight, to a vegan .. But I do not regret it! I love it.

5'1 109 pounds
BMI - 20.6

This has a vegan for almost a year.
BMI is not necessarily an accurate measure of the weight. More or less, you will receive the balance mixed - everyone is in a different body composition. :)

I am a vegetarian for 3 years and a vegan diet for 1 year. I'm 21, I'm 5'3 "and my weight about 110-112 pounds. I do not know what is my BMI, because I know I'm healthy and fit.

Wow. You .... underweight children, because literally.

In general, they are 16.1, but too low a body mass index for person.
