is very strange that your insurance will not be able to sell fire insurance. that is to be leased in fairly standard or holiday homes. There is no reason that you need a homeowner, he has not to live but you are sure that your co-insurance will not sell all kinds of insurance in this house or the owners refuse to sell insurance, the house that you do not live?

Some insurers also do not want to assume the risk for a vacant property.

However, there are many insurance companies that write vacancies .... You contact an insurance agent and ask for properties.

They should not be too much at once ... They should, however, ready for label shock ... the additional risk that comes with empty property that has a high price .... Your premium will probably be much higher than they expected.
